I am an operator executive with product management expertise and nearly a decade in the mobility industry. At Grab since 2016, I currently run the global ride-hailing business and serve 40M+ monthly Southeast Asians across 8 countries with a region of ~650B people in one of the fastest growing internet regions on earth.
My work spans developing ride-hailing consumer, driver and marketplace products as well as building including places of interest, search functionality, routing engines, traffic prediction, and distance estimation models. I have also contributed to building Southeast Asia first self-sufficient maps and navigation systems.
Prior to Grab, I moved over to the dark side from techincal engineer/data science role into product management. At Zalora (2014) I worked on building a fashion e-commerce marketplace an early employee.
I like aviation, sci-fi and star wars.
